“I’ve prepared this song for you, now please don’t run away. I promise it’s not long this time, so come back here and stay. I may not be too good at this; everyone understands. Opine online or to yourself, I don’t give half a yam! Life is what you make of it, so music-making’s mine- it gives me something more to do than counting the days until I die. Keep your damn mouth shut right now, just use your little ear; And listen here, you listener- enjoy it while it’s here!”

Mystery Girl 07:21
“Oh you mystery girl, you've torn away my heart. You’ve left me in the dirt, yet I still can’t see us apart. Oh you mystery girl how you play with my head so- I try to reach your phone but I’m not sure it’s you I know. I know this isn’t how we both should stay- but my heart can’t see another way. Oh you mystery girl you’re the light of my whole life- ironically you also are a source of half my strife. I’m torn with how to bring this up- it sucks dear mystery girl; Something’s gotta change, because you’ll always be my world. I know this isn’t how we both should stay, but my heart can’t let me see another way. Think about the bigger picture please, when you walk away you take a piece of me (and that’s why I say:) Mystery Girl we can work it out, Mystery Girl- ‘cause that’s what love is all about- because I knew you then, I don’t know you now- don’t take this away from me. I loved you then and I love you now it’s clearly plain to see!” “Oh you Mystery Girl, I’ve put months into this thought- Excluding all the extra counterpoints that you have brought. I’ve known you now for years but I do not know who you are, the greatest trick you’ve pulled- saying I sound good on guitar. I don’t think this is how we both should stay, but our hearts won’t let us see another way. Oh you mystery girl I've had dreams about us now, and even in those dreams you always disappear somehow. I think I’ll take the hint and bow, your act has been quite swell! I hope you get the front row seat right next to me in hell. I don’t think that would make a good ending, but the writers left the corporate building. Whoever’s up there and in charge you need to see that this girl should understand her mysteries. Mystery Girl, thought we’d work it out. Mystery Girl- ‘cause that’s what love is all about; Because I knew you then, I don’t know you now- don’t take this away from me. I loved you then and I loved you now, it’s clearly plain to see. Ahh, when you walk away, oh you take a piece of me. I loved you then and I love you now it’s clearly plain to see!”

“So I have heard, it’s come to me to eat my meal all night long! I’m gonna miss the time I had hungry for more- all the time!” “It’s that dinner riff again! I wrote it just for you, but you wouldn’t know or care- And you know what? That’s okay.” “I need to eat the Chicken Noodle Suplex meal because it makes me feel so full I’ll never be hungry again; I can’t state how much I want this meal in me- i’ll go like NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM!”

“Last Saturday at about four o’clock in the afternoon, I was really hungry- as you get- so I went to the gas station to fill up my car to go get some food and that shit was sixteen THOUSAND dollars. It made me feel (mostly anger) REALLY REALLY ANGRY, if you can believe it- and I was at my last straw- so I left my car there and walked ten miles to the Colchester Stop and Shop just to pick up some Yams and Chicken Patties. You know, a good combo; I’m a simple man. And AT that store past the Starbucks line outside, I made my way past the Karens and into the inside where I couldn’t help but notice a large display of Hallmark Greeting Cards stacked floor-to-ceiling- I mean this thing was tall. It was blocking my path; and I walked up to it and I saw the prices, it was just disgusting how much it was- we’re talking double digits- not even, I can’t even account for what’s happening now!” “Why would they sell merchandise made in and straight from hell for more than it’s worth to get? Which president can I blame for this mess? I am incapable of handling my emotions in a way that makes me look mature- I need to post about it in a song online now!” “So anyways as I was saying, I took my weary legs away from the Hallmark Cards section and I phased right to the Yam Aisle where I looked at the price tags and I was shocked, oh my god, I said, (HOLY FUCK SCOOB) I looked at the price and I was like ‘Dude I cannot pay that, are you kidding me? You know what kinda job I have- I can’t do this- so the last thing I have to do is just break out into song here-” “So I walked to the other end of the store where the chicken patties were kept (over by the dingy water fountain), and exasperated, I put my hands upon the glass and just drifted my eyes up to the price tag and read out (‘$999’). OH MAN, that was my last straw- so I took my pants off, and I sat down in the middle of the aisle and let out the most Republican, Karen, Middle-Aged White Mom set of words” “Why would you pay seven dollars for a card today when you could say something for free? I don’t love anyone that amount! It is literally just a piece of paper with a zany picture and some text- so dumb, you could have wrote the whole thing by yourself!”

“Your final breath. Your final note. Your final meal. Your final conversation. Your final scream. Your final kick. Your final word. What will it be? Your final friend. Your final love. Your final hope. Your final interaction. Your final hug. Your final tear. Your final wave. When will it be? NOW! Your final yam. Your final show. Your final Dream. Your final Aspiration. Your final wish. Your final plea. Your final thought. When will it be? NOW!”

Cave Music 05:58
“Underneath the great compound 100 miles underground, lay a figure trapped in stone; coldly porous, rotting bone. Disconnected interface, lost ability to chase the deadly wall approaching fast. The time for us has come and passed. My love, when I entered I knew you were helpless; Whereof, it looks like there is nothing left here. Beloved, I would call to you, but that is fruitless. Think of what we told! The phrase that’s written on the wall cuts you as its main assault. The liquid dripping from your ears is all you see when you are here. Look now, the trees are moving worryingly. Stand out- they are sinking as with other things here. ‘Get down,’ I yelled out to you as you fell slowly. Decrown; No reply. You can’t even say it now! Wreckage tumbling from above crushes bits of who you love. Watch aghast as who you faced disappears without a trace. My friend, I wanted you to finish talking! Pretend all the time I hear your voice responding. Extend into what we used to tell each other! Repent- yeah like that’s ever gonna happen, cause, really, you and I both know you can’t even say it now!”

about

Cameron Jirowetz East Haddam, Connecticut

Hey there,
I make music. I try to make my stuff unique. I am influenced by pop, art rock, soul, and psychedelic bands of the 60s and 70s; if you’re into stuff like that, chances are my tunes might be up your alley. If not, that’s okay.
